Privacy at Mythlyx
Mythlyx uses the information needed to run your account, protect fair play, keep your collection in sync and provide the features you choose.
Information we handle
This may include your linked Off2it Passport account identifier, Mythlyx profile and preferences, game progress and content, security and session records, device and push-notification tokens, purchase and entitlement records, and information you send when asking for support. Payment providers handle full payment-card details; Mythlyx receives only the identifiers and entitlement information needed to provide a purchase.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate you, operate and synchronise the game, preserve competitive integrity, prevent abuse, fulfil purchases, deliver requested notifications, answer support requests, measure reliability and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Services and sharing
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate Mythlyx, such as Off2it Passport, hosting and security providers, Apple or Google, Paddle, and email or push-notification providers when those features are enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Your choices
You can manage your local profile and notification choices in Mythlyx. Sign in to Off2it Passport to review account security, active sessions and participating products, or to request an account data export or deletion. You may also ask for help through our support page.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution and service security. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit records and bounded service permissions, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and will provide additional notice when a change materially affects your choices.
